User profiles are managed in the user edit module. User types are used to manage levels of accessibility.
Users must have a user name and password in order to use the application. Additional user information on the data entry form is not required but can be documented.
Four types of users are currently allowed:
| Administrator | Access to all functions. |
| Super User | Access to all functions except user assignments. |
| General User | Lookup of voter information data and data entry of pages and signatures. |
| Guest | Can only lookup voter information data. |
