Volumes are the results of petitioning efforts by single or multiple organizations or individuals. A volume may represent multiple candidates mimicking the petition being documented. Each volume consists of pages containing signatures. Volumes are managed in the volume edit module.
The Volume Edit form is used to perform data editing functions to manage volumes. Many volumes can be attached to a single candidate profile. Volumes can be shared by and attached to many candidate profiles as long as they don't share an election profile.
Volume reports can only report on a single election profile at this time.
Begin by clicking on the [add volume] link on the top of the page will clear the form and prepare it dfor data entry.
Clicking on the Add/Update button on the bottom of the page will save the information entered.
